1. Who this covers

This policy applies to this website and to the client area, both operated by Lilithagent (“we”, “us”). We publish under the company name only; we do not list personal names, a postal address or a phone number, which keeps our team and our clients out of scraped contact databases.

2. What we collect

Only what a campaign actually requires:

• Order brief — the email address you register with, the destination site URLs, the vertical, target markets and any anchor preferences or notes you choose to add.
• Optional contact handle — a Telegram or Skype handle, only if you supply one.
• Access key — stored as a salted hash, never in readable form. We cannot display or recover your key, only check whether one you enter matches.
• Support tickets — the messages you and your agent write on a campaign.
• Campaign reports — the placement list produced for your order.

3. What we deliberately do not collect

• No advertising pixels, no third-party analytics, no session recording, no browser fingerprinting.
• No marketing or tracking cookies. Storage is used only to keep you signed in and to hold your campaign records.
• No card or bank details. Payment is by crypto transfer, so we never see or store payment credentials.
• No purchased or enriched third-party data about you.

4. Why we hold it

To scope, deliver and report on the campaign you ordered, to answer your tickets, and to keep a record of what was delivered in case of a later dispute. We do not use your data to build profiles, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

5. Who else sees it

Publishers receive only what is needed to place a link — the target URL, the anchor and the topical context. They are not given your contact details or your commercial relationship with us. We do not sell, rent or share data with data brokers or advertising networks.

Crypto payments settle on public blockchains. Transaction data on those networks is public by design and outside our control; we do not publish anything linking a transaction to you.

6. Confidentiality of your campaigns

We do not publish client names, logos, domains, screenshots or campaign results as case studies — on this site or anywhere else. In a competitive vertical that would leak your strategy, so the answer is a standing no, not a case-by-case decision.

7. Retention

Campaign records and reports are kept while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards so you can still download past reports. You can ask us to delete an account and its records at any time; we will do so unless we are required to retain something to resolve an open dispute or to meet a legal obligation.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, export it, restrict or object to its use, or have it deleted. Write to privacy@lilithagent.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

Access keys are stored only as salted hashes and are shown to you once, at issue. Nobody at Lilithagent can read your key back to you — which also means a lost key has to be replaced rather than recovered. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

10. Who this service is for

Lilithagent is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children, and it does not promote gambling to consumers. Clients are responsible for operating within the licensing and advertising rules of the markets they target.

11. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects an active campaign, tell your agent to flag it in your dashboard.
