Terms of service.
What you are buying, what we commit to, and what we explicitly do not promise. Read section 7 before you order.

1. These terms
These terms govern your use of this website and any campaign you order from Lilithagent (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept them. We contract with businesses; the service is not offered to consumers.
2. What we supply
We source and secure contextual backlink placements on third-party publisher domains, and deliver a report listing what was placed. Package pages describe the volume, authority band and traffic targets we work to. Those targets describe the sourcing standard we apply — they are not a promise about the performance of your site.
3. Orders and accounts
An order is placed by completing the campaign brief and submitting payment. Your first order issues a single access key, which is your login to the client dashboard. You are responsible for keeping it safe. We store only a hash of it, so a lost key cannot be recovered — we can only issue a replacement, which invalidates the old one.
4. Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and settled by crypto transfer on the network you select at checkout. A campaign starts once the transfer is confirmed on-chain. Sending funds on a network other than the one selected, or sending an amount that does not match the order, may make the transfer unrecoverable — please check both before you send.
5. Changes, cancellation and refunds
You can amend or cancel a brief at no cost until sourcing begins. Once placements have been secured they cannot be unwound, so refunds after that point are limited to the portion of the campaign not yet delivered. If we cannot source your campaign to the standard described — for example, because the vertical or market has no qualifying inventory — we will tell you and refund the undelivered balance rather than substitute weaker placements.
6. Delivery and placement longevity
Delivery estimates are working estimates, not deadlines; larger volumes take longer because placements are secured individually. Publishers control their own sites and may edit or remove content after publication. Where a placement we delivered is removed within a reasonable period through no fault of yours, we will replace it. Placements removed because your own site changed, went offline or fell foul of a publisher's policy are not replaced.
7. No ranking guarantee
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, conversions or revenue.
Search results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competitor activity and the state of your own site. Any statement by us about likely outcomes is an opinion, not a commitment, and nothing on this site should be read as a performance promise.
8. Your responsibilities
By ordering, you confirm that:
- you are authorised to commission SEO work for the sites you submit;
- those sites hold the licences required in the markets you ask us to target, and comply with the advertising rules of those markets;
- the destination pages do not contain unlawful content, malware or deceptive material; and
- the anchors and instructions you supply do not infringe anyone else's trade marks or other rights.
You remain responsible for regulatory compliance in your markets. We do not provide legal, licensing or gambling-regulatory advice.
9. Work we decline
We may decline or stop a campaign — refunding the undelivered balance — where the brief targets a market the client is not licensed for, involves unlawful content, or asks for tactics we do not offer. We are not obliged to explain a decision to decline beyond telling you that we have.
10. Confidentiality
We treat your briefs, sites and campaign data as confidential and do not publish them as case studies or references. You may share the reports we produce for you freely; they are yours.
11. Intellectual property
You keep all rights in your sites, content and trade marks, and grant us only the permission needed to reference them while placing links. This website, its wording and its design remain ours.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a campaign is limited to the amount you paid for that campaign. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost traffic, lost rankings or loss of goodwill. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the support channels, or attempts to interfere with the service or its data. You can close your account at any time; see the privacy page for what happens to your records.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force for a campaign is the one published when that campaign was ordered; changes are not applied retroactively to work already paid for.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and the courts of [Jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
